Hitoshi Shimbo is a partner of Nozomi Sogo. He passed Japan’s bar exam in 1980 and served as a public prosecutor from 1983 to 1990 and from 1993 to 1994. He was admitted to the bar in Japan in 1995. He is a member of Japan Federation of Bar Associations and Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
